Cook Borden Lumber Yard, 1883, Fall River, Massachusetts waterfront. For many years the largest lumber dealer in the city. The site was located next to where Point Gloria is today.
My father went to work for the Cook Borden Lumber Co. after WW II. He worked there until he retired when they closed at the start of the construction of RT 79.
My grand father Frank Miranda worked for Cook Borden lumber co also I can remember him taking me with him to work on Saturdays.Those were the Best days of my lifeUh
